Delicious food. Chicken is super crispy, even when you carry out and get it home. It even stays crispy in the fridge for few days. Corn fritters are amazing (hush puppies covered in powdered sugar--not a lot of healthy options haha). Lots of sides come out when you eat in. Huge inside and available for banquet. Not many vegetarian options but lots of tasty meats. Super dated. I'm sure it's part of their shtick, but it's almost creepy. There's a little country trinket "museum" inside. Even the staff seem like creepy robots. The median age of people eating inside seems to be like 55 until later in the evening. They also have weird hours and close for a month or 2 in the winter.

Food and atmosphere was beyond amazing. Never been there before and happened to see it as we drove by. The absolute best chicken and sides. Family style dining with a look back in history. I was speechless when I took a bite of the corn fritters. I will recommend this place to everyone I know.

Probably some of the best chicken you can eat. High quality food with great prices You can not beat these prices for this type of food. Love going here and i will forever come here. So many memories from when i was little when my uncle would bring us. This place has changed so much and it's for the better. I hope its around for many more years to come

It's a fun, family friendly place. One of those, back in the day was super special to a bunch of folks, but now is frozen in time places. It has a bunch of neat collections. Some old cars, washing machines, dolls, games, etc.. Kinda reminds me of house on the rock up in WI a bit. But that's where the appeal ends. The dinning area is dated and needs some TLC, the food is good, but not great. However, it is affordable and the staff is amazing. In short, it's worth checking out once. :)

Excellent fried chicken made to order. I love the corn fritters dunked in the hot chicken gravy. The cottage cheese was rich, creamy, and fresh.
